Our technicians can visit your home or place of work between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to install your new NeXell internet modem and/or router. Router issues constitute the majority of calls we receive. If your router is not functioning properly, we will replace the device free of charge. Simply call 05323399 and speak with one of our customer representatives.
Report Poor Connectivity
Besides router issues, there are other reasons why internet connectivity may be slow or not working at all. There may be problems with our towers, a cable could be cut, or bad weather could be affecting the signal. Whatever the cause, hearing from you helps us track connectivity issues and get to the root of the problem.
