Imperial College로 부터 받은 메일입니다. There is no fixed deadline for application of a PhD since they can start at any stage during the year. However if you would like to be considered for an ORS award (which reduces the non-EU fee rate to an EU-rate) then you have to have an accepted position before Christmas.
