Hello . I came to Washington State one week ago. I was wondering what is the best choice for me. I graduated high school (GPA:4.6~4.7/5.0 TOEFL :230) and came here. I'm gonna apply this November & December. For doing this , do I have to take SAT's? Where should I apply? ( with my gpa and TOEFL score )-> without no SAT Have a nice day !
